Leadership Development Program
I initiated and led the development of a complex rotational training program to reduce the time it took to train new hires who typically moved within the organization after only a few months. I first convinced the executives of the value of the program. I then put together a survey and focus group, from which I developed a detailed project plan with step-by-step documentation and training. I engaged each leader from the very beginning and ensured active participation by forming small cross-functional accountability groups.
